My name is Konrad and I’m a Londoner since I came here to go to Art School in the late 70’s.
I have a Polish heritage, my parents came here in 1945 after the war. I was born near St Andrews in Scotland, and moved to England aged 2.
I have worked in tourism since the 90’s. Spending 6 years working on small Greek Islands.
Working for 23 years as a Travel director for Trafalgar Tours and conducting tours around Britain and Ireland .
I have been a London Blue Badge Guide for over 10 years.
I fell in love with London when I moved here aged 20 going to Kingston University. I really enjoy meeting new people everyday and showing off this amazing city and its surrounding areas.
I’m a great story teller and really enjoy the history and culture of London and Great Britain. Furthermore, I’m privileged as a London Blue Badge guide to be able to guide in many of London’s main attractions and be able to give you VIP entry in some of them.
I work with a huge variety of guests from families and individuals, student groups, corporate groups, and large tour groups in English my first language and Polish. The variety of my work inspires me to provide an interesting stimulating tour and being able to focus my tour on the interest of the group from regular sightseeing to WW2, food and markets, film locations and lots more.
